Yes. Every package begins with a design consultation to define your aesthetic direction. While each package has its own level of design depth, all arrangements and decor pieces are tailored to your color palette, space, and overall vision.

Yes. If you have a certain event or are looking for a quick refresh, exclusive add-ons are available separately and will be billed accordingly.

Investment Details
Each Bloom Society package includes a one-time booking + initial installment investment. If you are interested in continuing services on a month-to-month basis after the first investment, you will only pay the fee for each month you book according to your package choice.
All refreshes are flexible and do not require a minimum number of monthly commitments.
Billing Details
Booking + initial installment fee is due to begin services. Any additional monthly invoices will be created at the beginning of the month and will be due on the same date each month you request design services (will match the original booking date). Exclusive add-ons are available separately and will be billed accordingly.

After your initial installation, clients may continue with additional installments on a flexible month-to-month basis or choose select months throughout the year based on their needs, seasons, or special occasions.
To ensure availability and proper design planning, we require that all installment requests be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. We also ask that clients confirm whether they would like to proceed with their next monthly installment at least 15 days prior to their scheduled installation date.
If you choose to begin with only the initial installment, your design is meant to be enjoyed for approximately one month before removal or a refresh. After that, you’re welcome to schedule future installments at any time.
If you decide to return after a few months, you will still be honored at the original monthly rate associated with your initial package selection. Yearly package rates may be adjusted at company discretion.

Absolutely! While the pieces included in The Bloom Society remain part of our curated collection, many arrangements and decor accents are available for purchase.
If there’s a particular floral arrangement or decor piece that you’d love to keep, simply let us know. If it’s available, we’ll be happy to provide a purchase price or create a custom version just for you. Our goal is to ensure you love every detail in your space, whether it’s part of your package or a forever piece to enjoy for years to come.
